Sony Ericsson introduced the new Xperia mini and mini pro - guide technology | technology guide
The new Xperia mini and mini pro are equipped with 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and works with the latest version of the Android operating system for smartphones Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Both also include tune in radio multi-touch screen of 3 technology with resolution HVGA and Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, and 5 MP camera capable of recording 720p HD video.
The Xperia mini pro brings a sliding QWERTY keyboard, Office Suite and McAfee antivirus, while the Xperia mini does not have a QWERTY keyboard but gains the title of world's smallest Android smartphone with the ability to record HD video.
Both allow the placement of up to 16 applications at the corners of the home screen and include the new Facebook integration, with Facebook inside Xperia name, allowing tune in radio access to this social network to areas most used phone like picture gallery, the music player, contacts or calendar and will soon appear on most phones Xperia line.
