Last week I brought you home a sort of Zen Habits running series of blog that got the top 25 in the world. You have learned what it's all about you and the author himself points presented in his short life. Today I bring you the second sequel. It will be a short article in which you remind Leo Babauta activity so important to our lives, and that is breathing. You might say, 'What are these stupid, maybe not breathing I remind anybody. This will help you feel more exercise and take to it easily. If you move too fast, breathe. Remind you to slow down and enjoy life more. So, breathe and enjoy every moment of life.
Tip: Put the word "breathing" as a screensaver as your desktop background, or as a note on your fridge or desk. Whenever you see the word remind you to breathe.
