Technology blog Android Police report that analyzed a new resource file for Google Play app that comes with Android. A resource consists of a small program is loaded into memory before an app is running. According to Anand Sundaram at security company Bit9, the report from Android Police two things. The new resource file will analyze all the apps on the phone before they run. Resource file will then determine if an app is malicious or not before it is allowed to run on a phone. This means that if an application contains malicious code, the user is asked whether the app should ntl be run or not. In addition, the user will be warned if a malicious app is downloaded to your phone from the internet. It's not the first time Google tightens security around ntl Android. Earlier this year the company announced that it launched an application called Bouncer who actively searches Google Play to find apps with malicious code. Bouncer offers not a watertight ntl security solution when some hackers managed to release apps that do not contain any malware, but downloaded the malicious code after the user installed the app on their phone. Google has not commented on the data from Android Police.
